Led by our experienced instructor, our barre and strength technique class is perfect for beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike. So why wait? Semester 3 (Spring) Session

Embrace the rhythm of spring with our exciting lineup of recreational dance classes! Dive into the world of movement and expression with our Spring Semester 3 sessions, running every Tuesday and Wednesday the week of April 22 to May 20, 2025.

🎶 Tuesdays are bursting with energy! Join us from 6-7 pm for an exhilarating Bellydance dance class, followed by a graceful Barre session from 7-8 pm. 💃 Wednesdays offer a spectrum of styles to explore! Immerse yourself in the fluidity of Contemporary dance from 6-7 pm, unleash your inner confidence with Burlesque from 7-8 pm, and then groove to the beats of Dancehall from 8-9 pm.
