BARRE: This class is a low-impact, full body fitness class combining ballet techniques with isometric, high repetition exercises to sculpt muscles, improve flexibitlity, and enhance core strength. This class utilizing a ballet barre for stability to perform plies, tendus, and relevés, focusing on posture and alignment.
STRETCH: This class combines stretching and strengthening exercises which increases muscle power, improves flexibility, reduces joint pain, and prevents injury by balancing muscle function. Effective routines, such as yoga, pilates, or targeted resistance training using a thermaband. This class is structured to make everyday movements easier on the body.
DTS: This class is all about proper technique and stretch class offers an opportunity for students to add a full hour of focus on developing increased flexibility, strength, dance technique and stamina every week.
FITNESS AND WELLNESS CLASSES
BUTI YOGA: Is a high energy flow class with many of the familiar elements of yoga and a whole lot more! With lots of dynamic movement, and a killer playlist, it’s a great way to connect toyour body and to let go! All abilities and bodies welcome.
MAT PILATES: Mat Pilates is a foundational, floor-based fitness method focusing on core strength, posture, and flexibility using body weight for resistance. It targets the "powerhouse" muscles—abs, lower back, hips, and glutes—through controlled, breathing-focused movements. Suitable for all fitness levels, it improves balance, coordination, and body awareness, often requiring only a mat.

Founder of Ammena Dance Company and a cornerstone of the Lethbridge arts community, Lise-Anne has been bringing people together through the universal language of dance since 2004. Her classes are rooted in technique, musicality, and expression — always delivered with intention, energy, and heart.
Known for creating an atmosphere where dancers of all backgrounds feel welcomed and supported, Lise blends experience, artistry, and leadership to help students grow in both confidence and craft.

Move, strengthen, and reset this spring with our 5-week Mat Pilates series led by new instructor Cassidy. Cassidy brings her background in yoga, Pilates, musculoskeletal anatomy, and therapeutic exercise, along with genuine care and excitement for movement. Expect a low-impact, core-focused class that improves strength, posture, and flexibility in a welcoming, feel-good environment. All levels welcome.
