Ammena Dance Company is the largest  dance school for adults located in Lethbridge, Alberta, with more than 20 styles of dance offered. Ammena invites students  to experience how music shapes movement and feeling; to explore the connection between personal expression and collaboration; and to move. Our focus is on learning to love dance and movement in a safe and fun environment.

This low-impact workout combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates to create a challenging and enjoyable fitness experience. Led by our experienced instructor, our barre and strength technique class is perfect for beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike. So why wait?     🎶 Tuesdays are bursting with energy! Join us from 6-7 pm for an exhilarating Bellydance dance class, followed by a graceful Barre session from 7-8 pm. 💃 Wednesdays offer a spectrum of styles to explore! Immerse yourself in the fluidity of Contemporary dance from 6-7 pm, unleash your inner confidence with Burlesque from 7-8 pm, and then groove to the beats of Dancehall from 8-9 pm.
