Ammena Dance Company is the largest dance school for adults located in Lethbridge, Alberta., with more than 20 styles of dance offered. Ammena invites students to experience how music shapes movement and feeling; to explore the connection between personal expression and collaboration; and to move. Our focus is on learning to love dance and movement in a safe and fun environment.

    Embrace the rhythm of spring with our exciting lineup of recreational dance classes, running every Tuesday and Wednesday the week May 27 - June 25, 2025.

    🎶 Tuesdays are bursting with energy! Join us from 6-7 pm for an exhilarating Bellydance dance class. 💃 Wednesdays offer a couple of strength focused classes. Choose DTS (Dancer Technique & Strengthen) from 6-7 pm and Stretch & Strengthen from 7-8 pm.

  • Bellydance Workshop

    June 16, 2025 | 6:30 – 8:00 PM

    Get ready to shimmy, isolate, and move with power and grace in this high-energy bellydance workshop set to the electrifying hit "Beggin'" by MÃ¥neskin! Whether you're brand new or a seasoned dancer, this 90-minute session will leave you feeling strong, sassy, and inspired. Expect lots of layered shimmies, sharp isolations, and a whole lot of fun.
